1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of Kreovar, an online content creation studio with projects, content planning, voiceovers, stock media, captions and video editing. In these policies, "Kreovar", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the service operator trading under the Kreovar brand. Contact: kreovarstudio@gmail.com.

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase access. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy. They do not override mandatory consumer rights.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to create an account or purchase a subscription. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if your account is misused. Do not share or resell account access. You are responsible for activity you authorize.

3. Plans, allowances and availability

Free and Pro include the features and monthly allowances displayed on our Pricing page and at checkout. Pro is currently offered at USD 19 per month or USD 190 per year, before any taxes or charges disclosed by checkout. Both billing cycles receive monthly allowances; unused allowances do not roll over. Active-project limits apply at any time. Exported videos are limited to 60 seconds. Image and video generation are excluded unless expressly offered in your plan.

Provider rate limits, outages, browser capabilities and supported file formats can affect availability. Unlimited exports do not mean unlimited AI generation or guaranteed rendering speed. We may apply reasonable security and abuse controls. We will not retroactively reduce purchased allowances for the current paid term; material future changes will be notified before they take effect.

4. Payments, renewals and cancellation

Payments are processed through Whop. Recurring subscriptions renew on the monthly or yearly cycle displayed at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal. The amount, currency, applicable taxes and any additional checkout charges are shown before payment. Whop payment terms also apply to the transaction.

Pro access is activated after payment and subscription verification and is linked to the email used on the payment page. Use that email for your Kreovar account; contact support if access is not linked correctly. Manage cancellation through your Whop account or purchase receipt. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Your content and third-party assets

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant us a limited permission to store, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate the features you request, maintain security and provide support. You must have permission to upload and process footage, audio, personal information, voices and other material.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for a particular use. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights. Review outputs before publishing. Stock footage and sound effects remain subject to their source license, including restrictions on standalone resale and any necessary model, trademark or property permissions. We do not grant ownership of third-party stock assets.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Kreovar for illegal activity, infringement, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, fraud, deceptive impersonation or other harmful misuse. Do not upload malware, attack the service, bypass security or plan limits, scrape private assets or attempt to access another user's account. Obtain the rights and consent needed for voice or likeness use.

7. Projects, AI edits and exports

Keep independent backups of important files. Local browser caches can be cleared, and interrupted uploads or unsupported media can affect recovery. AI editing plans should be reviewed before you apply them; you remain responsible for the final edit. Downloaded exports and local browser data are under your control. We do not promise permanent archival storage or uninterrupted service.

8. Suspension, liability and disputes

We may restrict access for security risks, non-payment or material misuse and will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where reasonably possible. Suspension does not remove statutory refund or other consumer rights.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee error-free AI results, uninterrupted operation or fitness for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or loss caused by your failure to keep backups. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Applicable law and any mandatory courts or consumer forums remain available; these Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable rights. Material updates will be dated and communicated where required. Revised terms apply prospectively, not to remove existing refund rights.
